Activities and Services

We offer the following to guests staying at our apartments:

• two pools, one of which is 12x6mt for the adults and one of 4x3mt for children; with attached solarium; chaise lounges and umbrellas for spending afternoons in complete relaxation;
• a large green space of approximately 800mq with covered loggias - where you may dine or read a book without any disturbance;
• a barbecue where guests prepare tasty lunches or dinners with friends or family;
• mountain bikes for bicycle excursions in Valtiberina where there are many tourist cycling routes.

For those who enjoy strolling, there is a natural route approximately 300 mt from our facility along the Sovara River, allowing you to explore the beauty of the area.

For fans of "Fly-fishing" approximately 4 Km away at the Tevere River, an area was specifically built downstream from the reservoir of Montedoglio before Italian Tail Water. The "twt Tai Water Tevere" fishing season generally begins May 1 and ends December 31 every year.

We are available to respond to all requests for information on restaurants, museums, cultural sites, sanctuaries, and events present in the area, and to reserve tennis courts, golf courts, guided tours and horseback excursions.

In addition to the landscape, cultural, religious, enogastronomic, and thermal wealth at 800 meters from our agritourism farm, there is a professional sports complex with: gym, pool 25x15 meters, tennis courts, beach volleyball fields, soccer fields; at approximately 3km meters is the riding school and professional golf course and at approximately 9km is the thermal facility of the Terme di Fontecchio for enjoying the sulfur water.
