Rates 2013

The rate for every apartment with a minimum stay of 2 nights is the following:

• per day: minimum 40 Euro maximum 140 Euro
• per week: minimum 280 Euro maximum 840 Euro

Included in the price:

• 1 welcoming bottle of red or white wine produced by our vineyards;
• water use;
• electric use;
• gas use for ovens;
• bed and bath linens with weekly change;
• final cleaning;
• pool use;
• mountain bike use;
• crib use (on request).

• cleaning kitchenette, if not done by the client, 50 Euro;
• towels and linens kitchen not included and not provided;
• heating, when necessary; maximum 15 Euro per day per apartment.

Reservations and Payments

To reserve a stay at our Agritourism farm, please complete the contact form or send an e-mail to info@poderecasenove.com indicating:

• first and last name of the people arriving;
• home address;
• telephone land line;
• cell phone;
• length of stay;
• cost of stay (if already agreed in prior contacts by e-mail or by telephone).
