Rates 2024
The rate for every apartment with a minimum stay of 2 nights is the following:
Per day: minimum 50,00 Euro maximum 160,00 Euro
Per week: minimum 350,00 Euro maximum 1100,00 Euro
✔ Included in the price
- water use;
- electric use;
- gas use for ovens;
- bed and bath linens with weekly change;
- pool use;
- crib use (on request).
✖ Not included in the price
- final cleaning 40 Euro;
- towels and linens kitchen not included and not provided;
- heating, when necessary; maximum 15 Euro per day per apartment;
- air conditioning maximum Euro 10.00 per day per apartment
- possibility of bike rental.
Reservations and Payments
To reserve a stay at our Agritourism farm, please complete the contact form or send an e-mail to info@poderecasenove.com indicating:
- first and last name of the people arriving;
- home address;
- telephone land line;
- cell phone;
- length of stay;
- cost of stay (if already agreed in prior contacts by e-mail or by telephone).
At the time of confirming the reservation, the guest must make a down-payment of 30% of the total cost of the stay. Payment may be made by:
- PAYPAL
- bank draft
- money order
- bank transfer
The way to make payment will be communicated to you following your e-mail confirming the reservation.
On arrival, the guest must pay a deposit equal cauzione to Euro 200 which will be returned at the time of departure.
The balance of the payment may be made during or at the end of the stay.
